Is Salt "BAD" for you?

As a physiologist I continue to hear about that "devil" salt and how we must control it to prevent hypertension and all sorts of terrible diseases.  However, salt is not always bad for you,  In fact our bodies need salt in order for cells to communicate.  It is actually possible for someone to be salt deficient!  I came accross this article on Salt by Dr. Mercola and wanted to share it here.
